Qingdao KEASE New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. Through technology introduction and cooperative research and development, KEASE has developed technologies for enhancing oil and gas well production, segmenting horizontal well transformation, and repeated transformation of old Wells, which are specifically designed for special and difficult-to-utilize low-permeability tight reservoirs and integrate downhole tools and construction liquid systems. A series of technical services can be provided, including the design and optimization of fracturing schemes, high-performance fracturing fluid systems, high-quality downhole tools, and on-site organization and implementation. Meanwhile, the series of acid systems provided by Keyi can meet the acidification modification requirements of different temperatures and different reservoirs. We have been provided with fracturing fluid systems and acidification fluid systems suitable for deep well high-temperature, medium well and shallow well low-temperature in carbonate rock formations and sandstone formations.
KEASE's development strategy in areas such as petroleum engineering technical services and the production of oilfield chemical additives aims to achieve a diversified development pattern for the enterprise and serve the society. In terms of repeated fracturing technology, stratified fracturing acidification technology and other aspects, it is at a relatively high level in China. KEASE oligomer fracturing fluid system, high-temperature gelling agent system, temperature-controlled variable viscosity acid system, ambient temperature gel acid system, low-molecular-weight recyclable and environmentally friendly fracturing fluid system, etc. have been widely applied in the production of many oilfield industries. Both the product quality and service quality have received high praise from users. At the same time, nearly 30 new and highly efficient oil production additives, such as high-temperature corrosion inhibitors, drainage AIDS, iron ion stabilizers, water-blocking agents and profile control agents, have been developed in a coordinated manner.

Drag reducers for fracturing
For the formation characteristics of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs such as low permeability, high-strength rocks, low closure stress, and well-developed natural fractures, the fluid system for fracturing with slip water has better network fracture performance than the gum system, causes less damage to the formation, and greatly improves the production enhancement effect of the fracturing fluid. Conventional drag reducers cannot meet the corresponding drag reduction requirements of the current fracturing fluid system. They have low sand-carrying capacity and high construction friction resistance, which limits their further application in oil fields.
