The HSE standardization construction of grassroots stations and teams is a fundamental project for the in-depth implementation of safety and environmental protection work, and also an important task for deepening the construction of the HSE management system. Since the beginning of the year, Oriental Geophysical has intensified the promotion and application of standardization achievements, strengthened the exemplary leading role of demonstration stations and teams, and achieved new results in HSE standardization construction. The company has established a set of standardized construction mechanisms that are standardized and effective, forming a rigorous and standardized process for the project initiation, selection, commendation, promotion and application, and conversion of achievements. Oriental Geophysical has been continuously strengthening the risk control of exploration and production, scientifically responding to challenges such as high investment in equipment and resources, changes in project operation models, and sudden outbreaks of the epidemic. It has focused on risks in key areas, critical links, and new businesses, and earnestly carried out the three-year special campaign for work safety and the 'Anti-Violation Special Campaign'. The company focuses on strengthening the management of civil explosives and intensifies the risk control throughout the entire process of civil explosive items. Promote and apply modern equipment and technologies such as civilian explosive handheld devices, wellhead intelligent terminals, AI intelligence, and facial recognition, and drive the transformation of safety management from traditional safety to intelligent safety. For high-risk projects, an expert group will be established to provide on-site guidance, strengthen rolling reviews and on-site supervision, and set up prohibitive control requirements and a list of key regulatory operation activities.
Oriental Geophysical has been deeply engaged in system construction, capacity building for performing duties and safety culture construction. We will continuously strengthen epidemic prevention and control efforts, ensuring the efficient operation of the project while firmly holding the bottom line of 'double zero' in epidemic prevention and control. Overseas security and anti-terrorism measures have been continuously strengthened, achieving a record of zero social security incidents for the year. The company's safety production situation is stable and under control, and it has been awarded the title of Advanced Enterprise in Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation of the Group Company and Advanced Enterprise in Safety Production of Hebei Province.
Eastern Geophysical Exploration continuously strengthens the construction of standardized demonstration teams, strictly formulates the construction plans and acceptance standards for demonstration stations and teams, and each geophysical exploration department closely combines the actual operation of the project to carry out the construction of standardized demonstration teams. Team 211 of Southwest Geophysical Exploration Branch Company was awarded the title of the first batch of 'HSE Standardization Demonstration Station Teams of the Group Company', Team 2202 of Xinxing Geophysical Exploration Development Department was rated as an advanced station team in HSE standardization construction of the Group Company, and Team 239 was granted the title of 'HSE Management Demonstration Team' by Zhejiang Oilfield.
Oriental Geophysical has held on-site exchange meetings on HSE standardization construction for grassroots stations and teams for six consecutive years, and has released a total of 138 achievements.
