Product Introduction

KNW-90 clay stabilizer is a compound of organic cationic polymers. This product has a significant effect in preventing the hydration expansion and dispersion migration of clay minerals in the reservoir, greatly increasing the apparent water absorption index of oilfield water injection. With an appropriate molecular weight, it can be applied to both high-permeability and low-permeability oil and gas layers. Moreover, its unique rigid structure enables it to enter the interlayers of clay minerals and achieve efficient and stable effects under the action of various chemical forces. This product features stable performance, low usage concentration, and is convenient and simple to use on-site. It can be widely applied in anti-expansion pretreatment during water injection, fracturing or acidification operations.

Instructions for Use

This product is highly soluble in water. In the operation solution or injection solution, after all other chemicals have been added and circulated, add this product. Once the circulation is uniform, it can be used.

2. Construction: It can be carried out in accordance with the general procedures and methods of drilling, fracturing, acidizing, and well flushing and water injection.

3. Adding 0.5-2% clay stabilizer to the water injection can achieve a better anti-swelling effect.

4. Adding 0.5- 2% of KNW-90 clay stabilizer to the acidification fluid or fracturing fluid can achieve a better clay stabilization effect.

This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-irritating, non-flammable and will not cause harm to the human body

During use, work clothes and latex protective gloves should be worn.

This product is slightly alkaline. If it accidentally comes into contact with the skin, wash it off with clean water.

Packaging, storage and transportation

Packed in plastic drums, 200kg or ton drums.

During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain and impact, and stored in a cool and dry warehouse.

The product has a shelf life of one year. Beyond the shelf life, it can only be used after passing the inspection.

Transport as non-toxic and non-hazardous materials.
