Product Introduction

Capsule gel breaker is made by using encapsulation technology to cover a solid film on the outer layer of the former gel breaker. This temporarily isolates the gel breaker from the cross-linked fracturing fluid during the fracturing operation, preventing gel breakage. The viscosity of the fracturing wave is basically stable. After the capsule gel breaker enters the bottom layer with the fracturing fluid, under certain temperature and pressure, its surface is covered The solid film breaks, releasing the gel breaker within it into the cross-linked fracturing fluid, thereby increasing the content of the gel breaker in the fracturing fluid, enhancing the gel breaking effect, reducing the residue of the fracturing fluid, minimizing the damage to the underlying layer, and at the same time, not affecting the sand-carrying capacity of the fracturing fluid due to the reduction of its initial viscosity.

Usage method

When performing formation fracturing operations, it should be added to the fracturing fluid in proportion. The recommended proportion is 0.01-0.06%

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Packed in paper drums with a net weight of 25kg ± 0.2kg per drum, or as per the user's requirements.

Storage: This product should be kept in a well-ventilated and cool warehouse. The shelf life is two years.
